We endeavor to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your order. If you are not please contact and one of the team will be able to help you. Due to the bespoke nature of our productions, we can only accept returns where there has been a manufacturing fault, either with the garment or decoration. Please return faulty goods to us within 30 days of receipt for us to investigate. Please note the Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000 does not apply to ‘personalised goods or goods made to a consumers specification’.

We are unable to accept returns due to issues with sizing or colours. We supply items from a number of manufacturers and all of these will have slightly different sizing to one another. On each product listing there will be a size chart and we strongly advise you refer to these prior to ordering your products.

All blank garments can be returned to us within 30 days of purchase either to exchange or for a refund. Please note any delivery costs will not be included in the refund. School Uniform – we have a 45 day return policy where items can be returned, as new, with all the labels on, within 45 days of you ordering, either for an exchange or refund.
